FLW in Oregon

There is a single Frank Lloyd Wright designed house in Oregon: The Gordon House. Originally built on the banks of the Willamette River near Wilsonville, it was deconstructed and moved to the Oregon Garden in Silverton in 2001/2002.

The Gordon House is a classic Usonian design from 1957.

View of the house from the driveway. It was a beautiful summer day with deer grazing in the pasture.

Front door with carport.

Ground floor interior.

The kitchen was similar to that at Kentuck Knob, including the skylight.

Bringing the outside in.
